How quickly can you deliver?

For customers who require rush purchases, we can ship out in-stock items the same day. If you want your order to be mailed out that day, we must receive it by noon. We provide 3-Day or Ground shipping options for domestic goods.

Shipping firms normally need a few business days to deliver international shipments. The delivery schedule for out-of-stock items will change depending on the item. If you want to know if a material is in stock, please get in touch with our sales staff.

What shipping companies do you use? Can you ship ‘freight collect’?

If you like, we can use DHL or FedEx.

Yes, we can dispatch ‘freight collect’ using any of these shipping firms against your account.

Are there any other costs?

We charge SHE Accreditation fees & Handling fees in addition to the product costs & delivery charges. The lone exception is when a shipment is sent “freight collect” and contains hazardous items.

Please be aware that customs in your country may charge taxes, fees, or levies; we are not responsible for these.

If a material is currently in stock, can you ‘reserve’ it for me?

No, never always. Priority is provided to customers whose payments and delivery instructions we receive first when selling our items to them. As a result, another client may receive priority if payment or shipment communication delays prohibit us from completing your order.

Can you custom-manufacture a product for me?

Yes, in most cases we can have a nanoparticle manufactured for you if it is one that we do not already have in stock. To make it, we would carry out a special manufacturing run. However, due to the fact that it normally necessitates (a) a minimum of kg-sized quantities ordered (b) thousands of dollars in overhead costs (c) and months of lead time (d), this strategy is typically only viable for our industrial customers. Can you draw up a quote / proforma invoice for me?

Official quotations are provided for you by our sales team. You must also include the shipment method, contact information, and the billing and shipping addresses. Please do not send purchase orders for overseas orders that are not in English.
